"Happy Flowers" Necklace

Here's a necklace I designed to wear with one of my favorite summer tops.
It's made by stamping on shrink plastic then shrinking it with heat gun or oven.
Then adding gems and beads.

Instructions
Sand shrink plastic then wipe off dust with a paper towel.
Punch a 1 3/4" circle in shrink plastic.
Punch 1/8" hole in top of 1 3/4" circle.
Stamp Flowers on circle.  Let ink dry for approx. 10 to 15 minutes.
Place circle on a box or phone book.  Use heat gun to shrink.
After it shrinks and while it's still hot, use a wood block to flatten it.
Attach jewelry findings, beads and necklace.
Glue gems to flower centers.
